The Future of Food – LIVE February 25.

The FSU Department of Chemistry, FSU SMACS and ACS Western Maryland Local Section will host the ACS “Future of Food” webinar on Tuesday, Feb. 25, from 6:45 to 8 p.m.. Join thousands of students and early career chemists from around the world to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day. Food impacts major problems facing humanity – health, sustainability, global warming, poverty and inequality. Learn how the chemistry community can work to address these challenges through food science in this interactive online video event.

The event will be at Frostburg State University, in the Compton Science Center, Room 226. Light refreshments will be provided.
